ZINA: Vendor Outline Agreements - Master Data
In the side menu, display “Master data" options.
Select the “Vendor outline agreements" option as the image indicates.
Click on “Import VOA from SAP ME3L report” blue button as the image indicates.
1. Select the “Customer team”.
2. Upload the SAP .xls file from your computer.
3. Click on “Import file” blue button to the process continue.
Important: Load ME3L VOA transaction report as generated by SAP in .xls format. Do not modify it.
In your process was successful a green alert appears as the image indicates.
If you have any bug verify the error and description table, as the image shows.
