1. In the main menu, select “Reports" option and display its content. 2. Click on “General report” option.

You can filter the report by choosing a timeframe between two dates, using Start reception date and End reception date fields. 2. you will be able to select either one or multiple customer teams, depending on those available. Once selected you will be able to see which ones you have chosen and deselect any if necessary. 3. You can filter by status as well, by choosing one or several options which will be highlighted when selected and can be edited as wanted. 4. To finish click on “Generate report” blue button.
