IPM will not sync properly by this weekend, partially starting on September 8th and fully on September 9th

At the date and time specified below, Global Support will perform a scheduled maintenance in IPM Robots:

Partial downtime start:
Friday, September 8th, 2017 @ 10:00 a.m. (GMT-5), 12:00 p.m (GMT-3)
Full downtime start:
Saturday, September 9th, 2017 @ 12:00 a.m. (GMT-5), 2:00 p.m. (GMT-3)
Estimated Time:
54 Hours - Partial uptime on Saturday, September 9th @ 4:00 p.m. (GMT-5),
Full uptime on Sunday, September 10th @ 4:00 p.m. (GMT-5), 6:00 (GMT-3)

Due to this, those tools that have communication and synchronization tasks with IPM, such as ZINA synchronization with SPO, CRIA, SSR for Brazil and LAT, Rollout and Vendor Portal will experience some intermittence during partial downtime and service interruption during full downtime in such communication.
